It is claimed that uncooked food does more good than the cooked food. The reason behind this is because almost all of the nutrient elements of the veg are lost while placing it on heat. Unprepared food should be either boiled or should be consumed in its initial state. Uncooked food is simply digested and absorbed by the body as it doesn’t contain any sort of spices in it. Also, the nutrient elements remain intact and the body takes in plenty of nutriments from salad. Unprepared food like the cucumber, tomatoes, carrot, radish, beetroot are all wonderfully favorable for the body. As these veggies are loaded in water content, minerals and vitamins, all these nutrient elements remain.

It’s also thought the fruit and veg should be consumed in total without chopping it into numerous pieces. The fruit and vegetables should be consumed without adding any spices to it in order to thrill the tastes. Fruit and vegetables shouldn’t be consumed straight after cooked food as the juice from the fruits gets mixed with the food. Also, the nutriments from the salad may not be soaked up by the body. It is needed to follow certain elements while having uncooked food if one wishes to gain all benefit from it. Unprepared food has unusually high water content.

The body never feels dozy. Unprepared food also boosts the complexion bringing a glow to the skin. Boiled plants also do a large amount of good to the health. One might find it tough to follow, but steadily this would turn in to practice. Continuously attempt to involve this in the daily running order and the change of satisfaction, improvement in health will be seen. Salad also helps detox the human system.
